On one table there has been conflict a couple of times in the past few days over dining times with some residents finding it impossible to take their place at the second sitting because residents at the first sitting are still occupying a seat.
Involved are residents, PSWs and Recreation in something that is easily solved amicably by good will and better communication.
I observe that some residents and perhaps particularly those with a more social character are often lonely and use the dining table both to eat and chat, rightly so in my opinion. They frequently socialize as well as eat at their table.
With the usual goodwill & better communications all round this should no longer be an issue.
